Users files and accounts can be deleted by Tarabin administration, by its exclusive opinion. User can upload video and audio content to the site, on the following conditions:
  1. The uploading user has a license to show to general public the uploaded content, and he can use the uploaded content on this site, or he is the owner of the uploaded material.
  2. The uploaded content doesn’t violate copyrights or registered trademarks.
  3. The user commits that the uploaded content is appropriate for a view by other people, and it will not offend or harm in any other way any persons rights.
  4. The uploaded material does not has commercial or mercantile value
  5. The uploaded content does not contains URL (link) to any internet address outside tarabin.net
The site tarabin.net is a public site, designed to allow its’ registered users to share recorded content (video/audio). Tarabin is not responsible for the sites content, the responsibility for the uploaded material lies on the uploader (user who uploaded the content) only, Tarabin is merely a social platform that allows users to share content between them. Tarabin can’t be hold responsible for any damage which may occur by existence of the uploaded content on Tarabin server. We recommend to backup any material uploaded to Tarabin, because there may be deletion of any content found on the site, by exclusive decision of Tarabin administration.
